In compliance with the Arizona Dept. of Education, we are having a short meeting to take a new vote on the same budget that was approved on June 26th at our Annual Board of Directors Meeting. The budget needs to be in a different format and on particular forms for uploading to the state system. Even though the numbers remain the same, the state has requested that we take a new vote with the budget on these new forms.
This meeting will be held at the school location (1150 W superstition Blvd, Apache Junction, 85120) in the auditorium of the C building. Several of the Board members may be joining the meeting by telephonic device. No other business will be discussed.
Anyone wanting to participate may attend and public comment will be allowed according to established procedure.
